Elmers Crane & Dozer is suing the developers of the Brewery Creek development on M-22 in Elmwood township, according to this Record-Eagle story. The project, which was built on the site of the former Classic Building Supplies and filled wetlands next to Brewery Creek, is largely vacant. Elmer's is asking for $216,746 for work done between April 2003 and October 2004.
